With a friendly personality, a good sense of humor, and a dedication to great customer service, Dessa believes that clear communication and a positive attitude can make even the busiest days run a little smoother. Whether she's assisting a customer, supporting the field crew, or handling an unexpected challenge, she's always happy to lend a hand.

When she's not keeping things on track at the office, Dessa enjoys traveling, iced caramel coffee, finding her next home improvement project, spending time with her granddaughter, and being lovingly supervised by her cats — who are quite certain they're the ones in charge!

With over 35 years of experience in the tree and shrub care industry, he brings a deep understanding of plant health, including extensive knowledge of insect and disease management. As a Sales Arborist, he combines tree and shrub care technical expertise with personalized service to help clients make informed decisions for the long-term care and beauty of their landscapes and whole property.

He began his career in the arboriculture industry in 2021 in Florida with a focus on line clearance. In 2022, he joined Monster Tree Service as a ground person and climber, where he has gained hands-on experience in tree care and operations. In August 2024, he transitioned into the role of Sales Arborist, leveraging his field knowledge to provide expert consultations and solutions to clients while helping them make informed decisions about their tree care needs.

Experienced and dependable Site Foreman with over 3 years in the construction industry, skilled in managing on-site operations for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Proven ability to lead diverse crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. Expert in interpreting blueprints, scheduling daily tasks, and maintaining productivity to meet tight project deadlines. Known for hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment. Dedicated to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest workmanship standards.

Starting his career in 2005 climbing tall trees in Alta, California, he quickly developed a passion for technical climbing and precision rigging. Over the years, he has become known for his expertise in handling some of the most challenging and complex tree removals.

His philosophy is simple: leave every property in better shape than he found it. That commitment to quality and care has earned him a reputation for excellence in the field.

As one of the only certified climbers in East Tennessee, his specialized training and experience set him apart, ensuring customers receive the highest level of professional tree care.
